2014 Cookie Exchange Save the Date!

The 2014 Cookie Exchange will be held on Sunday, December 7th @ the Spencer Family home.

Peanut Butter Squares (Test Post)


This is a test post for editing purposes.  However, the below recipe is a good one!




Peanut Butter Squares

Yield: 32
Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
  • 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup SemiSweet Chocolate Chips
Cooking Directions
  1. Grease bottom of 8x8 or 8x9 pan.
  2. Melt butter in microwave.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar together.
  4. Add in the melted butter and mix.
  5. Add peanut butter and mix well.
  6. Spread into bottom of pan.
  7. In same bowl or measuring cup used to melt butter, melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips.
  8. Put in for 30 seconds and stir. Add another 30 seconds to melt.
  9. Spread chocolate over base layer.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  11. Cut into squares.
  12. Keep refrigerated to maintain the structure of the squares.
